| First of a series of five etchings, depicting The History of Abraham. Excellent, early impression before the address of Clement de Jonghe. As a young painter Moeyaert probably travelled to Italy. He was in his earlier years influenced by Pieter Lastman, later Rembrandt became a source of inspiration. His prints are rare. |
