Excellent impression. The aquatint in two grains as described by Harris. The pale tones and burnishing in the seated figure very defined.
They begin to wear almost immediately.
Goya’s commentary was; They are combing his hair, they are putting on his shoes, he is sleeping and he is studying.
No one shall say that he is not making the most of his time. |
