A good impression, paper somewhat browned, horizontal printing fold and some thin spots. The watermark indicates a rare early impression before Bialler’s second state. The description tan/olive green seems to cover a rather wide scale of shades. It is the only woodcut by Goltzius to carry a date and it is one of his important prints, not only because the brilliant use of this difficult technique but also because of the composition and the way he handled the subject.
